Qfuss is a mentor management portal that operates by collaborating and partnering with different entities but not limited to corporates, startups, educational institutes, Government Programs, and communities to help provide mentorship services to their audience.

By registering with Qfuss you agree to the following sessions rules: You agree that you will hold in confidence and shall not disclose to any third party any confidential information that you obtain as a result of using any services or engaging in any of the interactive sessions with the mentors. You also agree that you will not directly or indirectly, solicit, recruit or hire other session participants.

2.3  Mentors

By registering and becoming a Mentor with Qfuss, Mentors are taking up sessions as a goodwill gesture - free (or) paid sessions as per their requirement and not affecting their time spent during their working hours. No Mentor shall disclose any information related to their work or company but only advice based on life experiences which will nurture the mentee and help him grow towards the right path.

3.1  Your Rights

You retain your rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the service. You own your Content.

When you give us any content as part of Your Information, you are granting us a nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable right and license to use, reproduce, publish, translate, distribute, perform and display such content (in whole or part) worldwide through the Site as well as on any of our affiliates or partners websites, publications and mobile platform. We need these rights with respect to the content in Your Information in order to host and display your content.

By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding our Service, you agree that Qfuss can use and share (but does not have to) such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you. You hereby indemnify Qfuss and undertake to keep Qfuss indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including without limitation legal expenses and any amounts paid by Qfuss to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of Qfuss’s legal advisers) incurred or suffered by Qfuss arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms and conditions or provisions of law that are in force, or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these terms and conditions.
